PTITO launches open platforrn with a new service: the Very Important Personal Invitation – ViPi ®
PTITO’s call invitation is now being offered as a full service functionality for the consumers market. Using the website (www.vipi.nl) personalized call invitations can be made and sent. The service is prepaid, costs are transparent before sending.
The call invitation can either contain just text or text and additional, supporting images; whatever is wished for. Thus enabling the sender to adjust tone and/or text and image so the call invitation suits best to the occasion, the receiver or whatever is wished for. All the invitee has to do to accept the call is click on link; when the moment suits best. The inviting party pays for the bill.
After logging in on the personal website the personalized call invitations can be created online. The phone number of the invitee can be filled in directly, or one could use the personal address book. Another option is to use the profile environment, to sent a call invitation ad random or based on
specific keywords.
The personal ViPi website also offers all that is needed or wished for: e.g. management information on
sent and activated invitations and remaining balance.
Because of the easy to use functionality the ViPi service also offers endless possibilities for small and medium enterprises; e.g. as a DM, sales, after sales or service instrument.
The year 2007 has been a great year for PTITO; with a lot of new contacts and markets. Latest news is the set of appointments as made with Michael Page and Pagepersonnel for the use of the PTITO service. Also Payter has become one of PTITO’s customers, with a first application combined with a Guinness Book of Records-attempt end of December. The PTITO call back invitation service can be used in combination with the Payters’ smartposters – for a free of charge call with the RTC for a taxi. Just place the handheld before the poster and the contact is being set up. A nice and differentiating combination of services!

Record attempt ‘longest bartending marathon’

Rotterdam, 21 December 2007 – During December 29 and 31 café Will’ns en Wetens, Nieuwe Binnenweg, attempt to write history and earn a entry in the Guinness Book of Records with the ‘Longest Bartending Marathon’. The bar personnel attempt to serve uninterrupted during 72 hours; the current record stands for 24 hours. Payter en PTITO support this action in a playful manner using the newest technology. Participants are offered special bargains in the café and outside using the Payter’s Smartposters. These are posters provided with a special chip that offer different communication possibilities. Holding your mobile handheld near the poster will bring you reduction coupons that offers e.g. a discount ordering pizza of a free call invitation for taxi services.
Verwiel & Wijngaard implement Call Invitation Service PTITO
In the beginning of 2008 Verwiel & Wijngaard will offer the PTITO Call Invitation Service through their software package Poolmanager. Using Poolmanager customers of Verwiel & Wijngaard can plan and approach their stand-by employees in a clear and simple way. This can be done using SMS and E-mail and the soon to be integrated Call Back Invitation. Besides that PTITO is developing a SMS response system that lowers the barrier of responding even further.
Michael Page and Page Personnel start pilot using PTITO
Michael Page and Page Personnel start a pilot using the PTITO Call Back Invitation. The pilot focuses on the communication process and the enhanced response of candidates. PTITO’s Call Back Invitation has already been used in the employment agencies domain and proved to be very successful. Example of that is TFC. They state that the service is being used and proved to improve customer intimacy. The feedback given by customers and employees of TFC is very positive.
Payter and PTITO sign Wholesale Agreement.
The Rotterdam based company Payter, who are introducing paying by simply using your mobile handheld device to the market, has signed a wholesale agreement regarding the PTITO Call Back Invitation services. Payter will offer the service white labelled towards the market and customers. Expected launch is January 2008.
Media Expo - huge success!
Last week the Media Expo 2007 was held at the RAI Halls in Amsterdam. Different forms of traditional and new media were presented to the visitors. They could gaze, like the organization MWG stated, at the newest and innovative developments regarding media and communication to the largest extend. And of course PTITO was there too. Tuesday October 1st, PTITO received the Techno Partner Label. The certificate was granted by Martin Stutterheim (Senter Novem, Ministry of Economic Affairs) during a festive occasion at the Euro tower in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Click here for more information

3GSM 2007 - Barcelona: February 12th - 15th -2007
Post 3 GSM we extended the contacts that were made and build on the opportunities that were offered. That delivered us global contacts and leads; which we are following right now.
During the last 3GSM the PTITO Company, located in Hall 1, presented and demonstrated its new service to a large amount of potential customers and representatives with a wide range of different backgrounds. Among them suppliers, operators, large enterprises and consultants who are operating on a global, national or cross-national bases.
The PTITO service encountered huge positive response. The strategy to pay special attention to every interested individual paid off very well. In Hall 1 (shared with e.g. the company of Microsoft, Toshiba, Samsung and TNO) the PTITO booth offered the opportunity to have a seat, get a live demonstration and fully understand the PTITO service.
“We invite you to connect” literally happened. After explaining and demonstrating the service the PTITO service really kicked in and has been identified by our visitors as “huge”, “cool”, “inviting, simple and applicable”, “really differentiating” and to our opinion the best was “one of the newest and most interesting service on 3GSM 2007”.

Customers and prospects of Kluwer can expect to receive an email that contains a unique link, enabling them to call the service desk of Kluwer for free. This newest service is part of the patented Call Invitation Service that PTITO offers. The Call Invitation lowers the threshold to call back and improves the customer service in a innovative and friendly way. As soon as a customer has activated the link, the customer service already knows who's calling enabling them to respond with the customers profile at hand. It is even possible that a customer can follow the order that is being processed online, on screen enabling the customer to verify and agree with the terms. The validity of the call back invitation can be customized: in terms of a call back period (e.g. one week), the length of the call length and specific times of the day to use. Furthermore, if a specific campaign has ended, the customer can be routed to a new, possibly interesting campaign. In addition, the response, duration of conversations and also the number of page views is measured to create a good insight in the success of the campaign. Kluwer will implement the service permanently if the pilot is successful.
